Terms and Conditions

Welcome to Depicter, This is a legal agreement between the person or organization (“Customer”, “Buyer” or “you”) agreeing to these Terms of Service (“Terms”) and the applicable Depicter licensing entities (“Depicter Pro”, “Averta”, “Seller”, “us,” or “we”). By accepting these Terms, making a purchase, or using any Services provided by us, you represent that you are of legal age and have the authority to bind the Customer to the Order, these Terms, and any applicable Service Descriptions (collectively the “Agreement”).

Agreement to these Terms

By using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you don’t agree to these Terms, do not use the Services. If you are accessing and using the Services on behalf of a company (such as your employer) or other legal entity, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that company or other legal entity to these Terms. In that case, “you” and “your” will refer to that company or other legal entity.
You may only use the Services if you are old enough to consent (by yourself and not by a parent or guardian) to share your data under applicable law. For example, you must be 13 years or older under United States law, or 16 years or older under European Union law.

Creating Accounts

To use many of the Services, you must first create an account (“Account”). You agree to provide us with accurate, complete, and at all times up-to-date information for your Accounts. We may need to use this information to contact you.

Please safeguard your Accounts and make sure others don’t have access to your Accounts or passwords and other authentication credentials (collectively, “passwords”). You’re solely responsible for any activity on your Accounts and for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your passwords. We’re not liable for any acts or omissions by you or anyone else in connection with your Accounts. You must immediately notify us if you know or have any reason to suspect that your Accounts or passwords have been stolen, misappropriated, or otherwise compromised or in case of any actual or suspected unauthorized use of your Accounts.

We would like to help our users and customers to use Depicter, but please read our support policy carefully to understand our support scope and its limitations.

Price changes

Averta may change the Services’ prices at any time. A change of price in respect of the Services performed for the Client’s benefit will automatically take effect only at the end of the Client then contracted term and provided that the Client has not canceled the Services. Any changes will be informed on Depicter Website. Or posting in Depicter

Recurring Billing/Payment Methods

By purchasing, renewing or upgrading a Slider Revolution subscription and providing a valid Payment Method, you authorize us to charge you a license renewal fee at the specified rate to your Payment Method on future anniversary dates. The amount and future billing date will be clearly stated in the Account section of our website for each license you own. This may be canceled by you at any time.

Changes to this Policy

We may update our Terms and Conditions from time to time. When we make changes, we’ll update the “Effective Date” at the top of the Terms and Conditions. We encourage you to check back periodically to review these Terms and Conditions for any changes since your last visit. For subscriptions to services ordered on or before the last update of the Terms and Conditions, the new Terms and Conditions will apply from the date of the renewal of the current subscription period (as elected by the Client), if renewed.
