Information you provide us directly

Information you provide to create an Account, specifically email address, first name, and last name. If you sign up for Paid Services, we receive a portion of your payment information from our payment processor (such as the last four digits, the country of issuance, and the expiration date of the payment card) and we ask you to select your jurisdiction.

We also collect any messages you send us through the Service, and may collect the information you provide in User Content you post to the Service (such as website address, and your other conversations). We use this information to operate, maintain, and provide the features and functionality of the Service to you, to correspond with you, and to address any issues you raise about the Service.

Information We Receive from Third-Party Applications

We may receive information about you from third parties. For example, if you access the Service through a third-party connection or log-in, such as Google. This information could include, but is not limited to, the user ID associated with your account (for example, your google ID), an access token necessary to access that service, any information that you have permitted the third party to share with us, and any information you have made public in connection with that service. And if you choose to integrate with a third-party application to incorporate elements into your Depicter designs, and enhance media, we could receive data from such apps (as well as disclose data to such apps). If you communicate with us via social media, including Instagram, Facebook, or TikTok, and choose to share your user-generated content with us, we may receive information such as videos you’ve created, your photo, and your account name.

The emails and other communications that you send us or otherwise contribute, such as customer support inquiries or posts to our customer message boards or forums. Please be aware that information on public parts of our sites is available to others.
Your marketing preferences. Information you share with us in connection with surveys, feedbacks, contests, or promotions.

Information Collected Automatically ( Technical Information )

We will directly collect analytics data, or use third-party analytics tools, to help us measure traffic and usage trends for the Service. These tools collect information sent by your browser or mobile device, including the pages you visit and other information

How We Use Your Information

We may use and disclose Personal Data only for the following purposes:

Providing you with the Service: We use the information that you directly give us to provide the Service to you. This includes allowing you to log in to Depicter site, operating and maintaining the Service, giving you access to Depicter’s designs, and billing you for transactions that you make for Depicter. We also use information we collect about you automatically to remember information about you so that you will not have to re-enter it during your visit or the next time you visit the site.
For data analytics: We use information about you to help us improve the Depicter Service and our users’ experience, including by monitoring aggregate metrics such as total number of visitors, traffic, and demographic patterns.

To provide customer support, we use Personal Data submitted by you to assist your support request and inquiries and to notify you of important changes to the Services. This use is necessary for the performance of the contract between you and us.
When you ask for information about the Service or about the Products, we will use your contact information to respond to your requests. Such use is necessary to respond to your request.

How We Transfer, Store and Protect Your Data

Your Personal Data are processed within the European union. We will take all steps reasonably necessary to ensure that your data is treated securely and in accordance with this Privacy Policy and no transfer of your Personal Data will take place to an organization or a country unless there are adequate controls in place including the security of your data and other personal information. We do not and will never sell your personal information to third parties. We do use a few third-party Service Providers that provide services or help us with our business activities such as email marketing, analytics, hosting, and payment processing. We may share your personal information with these third-party Service Providers as listed below in the ways that are described in this privacy policy.

We use the third-party Service Provider Google Analytics to monitor and analyze the use of our Service.

Email Marketing (MailChimp)
When you subscribe to our newsletter, we may contact you with newsletters or marketing materials and other information that may be of interest to you. You may choose to stop receiving our newsletter or marketing emails by following the unsubscribe instructions included in these emails.
We use the third-party Service Provider MailChimp to send marketing emails related to our Service.
MailChimp is an email sending service offered by The Rocket Science Group, LLC that allows us to send you marketing emails.
